Hi, I’m Mel and I’m looking for a female roommate around Laval or northern Montreal, ideally someone between 22–28 who is clean, respectful, responsible and easy to live with.

I’m starting a new career, so I’m looking for a calm, comfortable home where we can each have our own space while still being friendly with one another. I’m not expecting us to be best friends, but I’d love to live with someone I get along with!

It’s important to me that we keep the shared spaces clean, communicate openly, respect each other’s privacy and are considerate about guests and noise.

My budget is around $600–800 per month for my share, ideally with utilities and Wi-Fi included. I’m open to moving into an existing apartment or finding a place together.

I’m mainly looking around Laval and northern Montreal, preferably somewhere with convenient transportation.
