Hi, I’m Glen and I’m looking for a place in Welland or Niagara Falls with a budget of $1,200 per month. Retired after a 50 year career in television broadcasting. My references are excellent and I’m looking long term. I’m a very quiet tenant, non-smoker, no drugs, excellent health and I enjoy getting away for a few weeks each winter. Private bathroom and no basement rooms please. Parking would be a plus and high speed internet also a plus. I enjoy streaming movies on my laptop. Cable tv not needed. Prefer only 1 or 2 other tenants in the house. I have no pets but I’m pet friendly. Thanks.
