Hi, I’m Arjun and I’m looking for a long-term place in Vancouver West End with a budget up to $1,500 per month. Female roommates only please. I’m happy to pay for the first 3 months upfront, as well as pay 1/2 month deposit when the tenancy agreement is signed.
