Hi, I’m Sofia and I’m looking for a place in Downtown Toronto and/or Old Town with a budget of $1,500 per month. I am currently a graduate student at George Brown Polytechnic and am looking for somewhere to live for about 6-7 months starting immediately while I complete my program. I enjoy reading, knitting, and I spend most of my time studying. I love animals and would be happy to share the space with any pets! I would occasionally have guests over but will always provide notice. I’m a non-smoker, and I’m looking for a respectful and friendly roommate who values an organized, clean, and peaceful space :).
