I’m Serena, currently finishing my master’s degree and planning to move to Toronto for work around late December or early January. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and easygoing. I respect others’ privacy and personal space, and I’d love to find a roommate who also values cleanliness and keeps shared areas tidy. I’m allergic to pets, especially cats and dogs, so I’m looking for a pet-free home. I’m open to renting a studio or a 1-bedroom unit on my own, or sharing a 2-bedroom condo or apartment with just one female roommate. I’d prefer a safe, quiet, and convenient neighbourhood in North York, ideally within walking distance of a subway station. My budget is around $1,500 per month, and I’m looking for a comfortable place for a long-term stay.
