Description

Hello, my name is Maya Lee, and I am a 20-year-old woman from South Korea.

I am currently looking for accommodation starting on December 12, 2026, and I am hoping to stay for approximately one year. During this time, I will be studying at Douglas College’s New Westminster Campus.

I have a cat allergy. I am also allergic to nuts and coconut, and I am lactose intolerant. However, these are not a problem as long as I do not consume those foods. I would greatly appreciate a clean and well-maintained home without insects.

I have a bright and outgoing personality. I truly hope to improve my English speaking skills by communicating and spending time with my host family. I am very much looking forward to sharing daily conversations and learning about your culture.

Thank you very much for considering me as a potential tenant. I look forward to hearing from you.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

— Arnold, Roomies user

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

— Michael, Roomies user

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
