Thanos

Hey! I’m Thanos, and I’m a fourth-year student at Carleton University. I’m pretty active and enjoy going to the gym, running, and playing sports in my free time. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I prefer a quieter, relaxed home environment, but I’m always happy to socialize and hang out with roommates! Ideally looking to room with other guys, but open to living with female roommates as well, as I have in the past.

I’m ideally looking for a 4-month sublet from January to April 2027, with a maximum budget of $1,500/month, including utilities (although more affordable options are always welcome!). Location is a priority for me, so I’d strongly prefer somewhere within walking distance of Carleton University or with convenient access to O-Train Line 2. I’d prefer a private bathroom, but I’m open to sharing. While a 4-month sublet is ideal, I’m also willing to consider longer-term leases or lease takeovers for the right place! (For a longer term lease, I would also be looking at a parking space on top of my budget)
