Hi! I’m Nicholas, an Italian PhD student who will be moving to Vancouver as a visiting researcher at the University of British Columbia (UBC), from late January to July 2027 (6 months). I’m looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment or house, ideally in a friendly and welcoming environment, with good public transportation connections to UBC. My maximum budget is CAD $1,200 per month, although I’d ideally prefer something under CAD $1,000, if possible. I’m a respectful, easygoing, tidy, and open-minded person. I’m passionate about literature and music, and I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places, and spending time with friends. I’m happy to share a home while respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.
