My name is Yunseo, a female working professional from South Korea. I am currently looking for a private room in Burnaby, ideally near the Lougheed Town Centre area, with a target move-in date around late November.

About Me & Lifestyle:

• I work in the beauty industry (eyelash specialist) 6 days a week, so I spend most of my weekdays and Saturdays outside at work.
• I am quiet, organized, and very respectful of personal space and shared home rules.
• During my days off, I usually like to relax peacefully, rest up, or explore local coffee shops.
• I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and do not hold wild parties at home.

What I’m Looking For & Budget:

• Budget: $900 – $1,100 per month (preferably including utilities such as internet, hydro, heating, and water).
• Room & Bathroom: A private room (furnished or unfurnished). I would prefer a private bathroom, but I am also completely okay with sharing a bathroom with clean and respectful housemates.
• Location: Convenient access to Lougheed Mall/Station is ideal for my daily commute.
