Hello,

I am a graduate student at Lakehead University. My wife Belle and I are looking for a furnished room, basement suite, or apartment in Thunder Bay, preferably near the university.

We plan to move around December 30, 2026, and hope to rent for one year. Our budget is approximately $1,000 per month for both of us.

We need a furnished bedroom with a bed. A private bathroom would be preferred, but we are happy to share a kitchen and bathroom. Parking would be appreciated.

We are a quiet, respectful couple who enjoy a peaceful living environment. We value cleanliness, privacy, and consideration for others, and hope to find a comfortable, quiet home during my studies.
