Hi! I’m a student pilot and software developer. I study during the week, fly when the weather lets me and work on a couple of side projects, so I’m out of the house most days. You’ll usually find me at the library or the gym.

That means when I get home, I just want somewhere quiet and comfortable to unwind. I’m tidy and I clean up after myself straight away, so you won’t find my dishes sitting in the sink. I also respect people’s space and privacy. If something bothers you, just tell me and we’ll sort it out. I’d much rather talk than let things build up.

I’m easy to get along with. I’m always happy to chat over dinner or share a coffee in the kitchen, and just as happy to leave everyone to their own thing when they need it.

A few practical things: I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets and I don’t throw parties or smoke. My budget is up to $1,200 a month and I’m looking in Midtown, Forest Hill South or nearby.

I’d love to find a clean, friendly home where everyone looks out for each other a bit and still has their own space.
