Hello All,

We are looking for a roommate or another couple to team-up to rent a house in a rural setting. We are tidy, respectful and trustworthy. We love to make the household feel like a home. Complete with a dog named Teddy, my 11 year old Jack Russell Teddy and the occasional visit from Chris’s children Keith (4) and Willow (2). Chris and I are a mature couple looking to move from Kingston ON to Carleton Place or surrounding area to be closer to our families, specifically his two young one’s that we would potentially have every second weekend. My family also lives in the area, so our visits with the kids wont always take place at home. Currently we live with a roommate who is also a student, we often spent time venting in the kitchen about our online studies. Chris enjoys cooking, often making meals that we invite our roommate and neighbours to join in. This was a life saver during finals having someone in the house reminding us to take mental breaks and eat. I am a student at St. Lawerence College to complete an advanced diploma of Business Administration specializing in Marketing. I was recently laid off from my job at the Source so I am in a great position to transition to a new job so i can be flexible with location. I own a car but would like to keep my commute within 30km. Chris is currently struggling with his health and is unable to work but can still financially contribute to the household. Right now we are spending a lot of time at home so our time is being consumed by gaming to pass the time. we enjoy getting out in nature, talking walks or going for a drive down country roads.
