I am a clean, quiet & hardworking guy, who gets along with mostly everyone i meet. I need a place to hang my head whenever needed. Im collecting O.D.S.P at the moment, due to a legit health issue, not because I’m lazy & refuse to work. Recently, I have been well enough to work under the table, helping friends with renovation/construction jobs, whenever im available & needed to help. Atm i have several good friends i enjoy hanging with, so I likely won’t be around most of the time, except to sleep. I am responsible & go out of my way to make life easy —> I pay my rent on time whenever possible. I also have excellent previous landlord/roomate references if needed. Im hoping to find something A.S.A.P, as i`m staying with family for the time being, due to my situation. If you have something decent for approx $700/$750 tops, dont hesitate to reach out.
