I am a clean, quiet & hardworking guy, who gets along with mostly everyone i meet. I need a place to hang my head whenever needed. Im collecting O.D.S.P at the moment, due to a legit health issue, not because I’m lazy & refuse to work. Recently, I have been well enough to work under the table, helping friends with renovation/construction jobs, whenever im available & needed to help. I have numerous close friends i hang out with, so I likely would be missing in action most of the time, except to sleep on occasion. I am respectful & responsible —> I pay my rent on time without being asked for it. I have excellent previous landlord/roomate references if needed. Im hoping to find something soon, as i’ve been staying with family, due to my situation. If you have something decent for $500-$750 at the absolute most, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
