Hey there.

Looking for 1 room with utilities included for budgeted amount. Budget can be increased depending.

I am very friendly and have an outgoing personality, though I don’t tend to go out that often anymore. I’m very flexible and easy going. Currently working for a pet focused company, so I love animals though I do not have one of my own. I enjoy music of varying kinds (even some country). I’m clean, organized and mostly keep to myself when inside abode, though I don’t mind occasional hangouts. Monday to Friday work week, standard 9-5 with occasional work from home day. I can be quite low key, but if possible, I’d love to be able to record and work on music at home, however I understand the inconvenience this may cause for those around me, so I don’t require accommodations there. I’m a 4:20 advocate, and have “dabbled” in my youth ;). I do not smoke cigarettes indoors, but will occasionally succumb to my weakness and hack a few outdoors.
