Hi there. My name is Nicholas, learn more below:

🚬 Non-Smoker. Quiet guy and don’t really party, but i do love a good meal with friends and some board games, cards and laughter.

💵 I work 9-5 (usually till about 8). My career keeps me busy and I love that. You’ll likely not even know i’m there most of the time. I work as a creative in the advertising industry.

🏃‍♂️ I love to garden. Meditate. I run nearly everyday. I try to eat healthy, but i’ve got a sweet tooth (partly why I run everyday lol).

🏳️‍🌈 I’m openminded. LQBTQ friendly. I’m open to male or female roommates. I think that three total roommates all throwing in around 1k would be ideal.

🌲 Areas that i’d be down to move in include: High Park, Little Italy, Trinity Bellwoods etc. I’m not limited to these, but High Park is my personal choice as i’ve lived there before and it was great.

🐶🐶 I’ve got two small, well behaved dogs (Boston Terriers). I understand if pets are an issue for you, so please consider this before reaching out. I do not expect anything from a roommate as far as caring for my dogs, but if you love dogs, you can play with them all you like. Please note that my dogs don’t bark or make much noise at all.

🧹 I like to keep my living area clean. But i’m also not a neat freak. I believe in balance in all things, and try to find a good middle ground that everyone can be happy with.
