Hey people!

I have a newly renovated two bedroom basement apartment near Strasburg and Ottawa and I’m looking for someone to rent out the second room.

I’m a very laid back and down to earth guy. I’m pretty quiet and low key for the most part but do like to go out sometimes or have drinks with friends. I clean up after myself so I hope you can do the same!

You’ll have to be ok with dogs because I have an Australian Shepard/Rottweiler mix. His name is Bear, he is 8yrs old and he is a sweet boy!

Rent would be all inclusive for $750/month and that’s with unlimited internet.

I would prefer a female roommate to be honest because women are generally more clean/tidy and respectful of space. Searching for a roommate is a difficult thing because you want to click/get along with someone that you’re going to live with.

Let’s meet for coffee if you think we will get along. We can chat a bit and I’ll show you pictures. If all seems good, we can be roommates!!
