Although I spend the entire day working outside the house, home, for me, is a place of artistic and peaceful endeavor—a sanctuary where I can explore creative pursuits and broaden my artistic vision. I prefer to keep things as simple as possible. I have a keen eye for patterns and I am detail-oriented, caring deeply about the manner in which things are accomplished.

I am seeking a roommate who shares my appreciation for details and enjoys engaging in friendly conversations. While I do not currently own a pet, I would welcome the presence of one in the home. I am open-minded and value diversity, embracing people from all backgrounds.

I have a decent credit score and can provide references to participate in a co-signed lease, or alternatively, I am open to renting a large unfinished room if available. As I own a car, securing a parking spot is a necessity for me.
