Hi, I’m a creative 40+ Education Assistant and UVic student homeowner looking for a great neighborhood close to amenities & the beach in Victoria. My ideal space would be self contained & quiet with some common spaces to share with folks in a similar field. I’m looking to spend the winter term (January to June) in Victoria area working for the local school district(s), as I continue my coursework. I’m excited to explore the city and be back on the coast again!
