Hi! My name is Axel, I’m 37, I’ve been in Toronto for 6 years now, coming from France.

I am quite social, can make friends very easily, and am super easy going (I’ve been told to be a great roommate). I can spend hours chatting with roommates but also know how to keep it to myself when needed.

I love animal so I am super pet friendly, I had a cat for 9 years so I know how to take care of them (and give a lot of love). I love having friends over, I am very community oriented, but if the house is more on the quiet side I can also adjust. I work remotely so I work from home most days (I don’t have many meetings so I can be pretty quiet), but I get out of the house pretty often (a place to park bicycle would be ideal but not required).

I cook fairly often and don’t mind sharing meals, and often bring snacks to share.

I value cleanliness and I like when the place is tidy, not feeling as comfortable when the place is dirty or messy, this is probably the only requirement I have, as well as being respectful with sound at night during the week.

I try to be as respectful as possible, to the roommates and the place, taking good care of the space, and always willing to communicate to make co-living as peaceful as possible!
