Hi everyone!

My name is Ivanna and I am 25 yr old. I’m looking to rent a place in the West End or even Yaletown (close to DT since my school is located in DT Vancouver) or at least Skytrain Station near since school (Cornerstone College) would be located around the area! I am a very clean individual with good communication skills to help make living with new people as comfortable as possible! I love being outside when i’m not at school and am very active, love being outdoors, hiking, cycling, running and gym. Love cooking, travel, music and always it’s good to find people to have a good cocktail as well. I’m open to socializing at home but am also very lowkey and like to keep to myself as well. My budget is $700 max (preferably utilities included and considered a gym as an amenity would be great!) Lgbtq friendly, would love to just find a nice place with cool people and good vibes!
