I am very quiet, clean and respectful. I have experience renting, and always pay my rent on time. I can provide references. I’m hoping to find somewhere in newmarket, but I’m also open to the surrounding area. I’m also intereated in the orillia area.

A little more about me- I’m not currently working due to the pandemic, however, I have a steady income. I have a cat, she’s very friendly and well behaved. Some of my hobbies include sewing, drawing, painting, cooking, baking and gardening when I’m able to. I’m very easy going. I’d like to find somewhere cannabis friendly, but I don’t mind smoking outside or making other arrangements for this to ensure everyone is comfortable.
