Hello. I’m looking for a room for rent in Calgary for $800+ per month starting Dec 1st for six mo that to a year max. I work full time. (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and I am double vaccinated and very Covid conscious.

I am open to a sublet or lease takeover or new lease for minimum of 6 months.

I don’t have pets, no smoking, no weed, no drugs. Allergies to smoke. I respect ppls gender identities, religions and personal space.

I like to hike, bike and do backpacking in the mountains.

Looking for other like minded professionals who work a 9-5 job too. Prefer a place with no pets.
