  • Private room (4 to 6 months) and month to month lease
  • Must be above ground room (no basements/no main floor/ no garden suite
  • Only living with one or two other person in apartment unit or condo
  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Quiet
  • No strong perfume (sorry allergic)
  • Parking for my car (street or underground)

I work fulltime at a local municipality. I work from home 50% of the time and only use my computer quietly. I do have short meetings that are quiet. I’m outdoorsy. Just looking for a quiet room.
