I am seeking a female student to take over the lease of my furnished room (1 January, 2027 through 30 April, 2027) in a shared six-bedroom house located approximately 5 minutes walk from SLC, or a 15-minute bus ride to Queens. The house is strictly a non-smoking/non-vaping, non-partying house. Rent is $675/month and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There is a full kitchen upstairs, with dishwasher and a small chest freezer, along with a mini-kitchen and a second small chest freezer in the basement. All common areas are furnished and are for the use of all residents. There are two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer (no charge to use) are located in the basement. There is a large backyard, a fire pit, and a gas barbeque. The house is located beside a large park and there is a great church in the senior’s center next door. The house is located on a major bus route. The landlord’s two girls live in the basement rooms in the house. One of their daughters has a medium-sized service dog, so no other animals are allowed.
