About our home Welcome to Shawnigan Lake!Fully furnished house close to Shawnigan Lake. The Brentwood school is about 15 minute drive. House is avaible to rent from September 1, 2026 June 30, 2027. Situated on a south facing property, the house has everything you will ever need: 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, two living rooms, shared dock access with boat slip and an array of water toys. Spend your time boating or paddle boarding on Shawnigan Lake, hiking the beautiful trails in the area, or just sit back and relax on the patio taking in a stunning sunset.The spaceLocated left off the entryway is our lower floor that has one bedroom, one bathroom, a wet bar, laundry room and a living room with a TV.Located right off the entryway are the stairs to the upper floor. Here you will find the other three bedrooms, including the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, an extra large dining table, the largest sectional couch that can seat the whole family and a TV. The main living area is very open concept with access to the patio.There is also access to the garage. Here you will find the half bathroom, water toys and everything you would need for a day on the lake.You will have access to the whole home, including upper and lower floors, garage, car port, front yard and backyard.Other things to note - we can include our water equipment to use for a cost. you will have to sign a waiver before they are allowed access to the water toys. We have: 4 paddle boards, 1 kayak, 1 canoe & 1 large inflatable water island.
