This is for one FEMALE - not for couples. It is partially furnished with: Queen bed (linens, pillows not included)wall mirrorhooks for clothes, clothes racktable space (bedside and shelving)wall mounted TV Just outside the room is a large bar fridge and (optional) and a small microwave. the kitchen is upstairs and has a stove, dishwasher, etc. and can be shared/used if needed.There is a basic on site gym (treadmill, bicycle, weights, weight machine, sauna). There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ that is also shared with the owner. Lakefront park is across the road, beach, trails nearby. Bus stop is in front of the complex. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY—-It is 100% non-smoking!! - inside the studio AND outside. This is not a suitable option for anyone with a lot of storage- there is limited storage. Would be suitable for a professional or new grad.Sorry no pets allowed. There is a lakefront (Lake Ontario) park across the street, and walking trails all along the lake (East and West) - accessible from walking out the underground parking area or the front door. The GO station is a 10 minutes drive away, downtown Burlington is 6 km West, downtown Oakville is 8 km East. Bus stop is right out front of the complex on lakeshore road.5-6 minute walking distance from grocery store, cafe, wine shop, pizza place, flower shop, and more. Interviews and references will be needed - I’m not in a rush - a good fit is a must as we’ll be sharing the downstairs entrance and kitchen area.Will consider a FEMALE for a flexible agreement but not short-term. Proof of steady income. Again - There is LITTLE storage space, so anyone wanting to move their life of belongings in would not be suited - this is a partially furnished studio apartment with a digital door lock and very private. Notes: Dishes will need to be washed either upstairs in the shared (with owner) kitchen, or washed in the laundry room sink. There is also a dishwasher upstairs!Laundry is shared and will be scheduled for shared use on specific days to make it easier. Great neighbourhood, beautiful location!
