Oh my. My awesome tenants went and bought themselves a house so they are moving out. So now I need to find some other tenants that are just as awesome. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom legal basement suite available for rent January 1, 2024 with possible flexibility before Christmas. The suite has laminate flooring, and is renovated to maximize usable space while offering some storage areas. This includes a nicely designed master bedroom while a walk in closet that contains private laundry and a private bathroom. The space should fit up to a king size bed but you will have a heck of a time getting a king sized box spring down the stairs. The second bathroom is off the living room thereby accommodating guests without having them walk through your private bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller but will fit a double bed and has its own walk in closet. It is currently being used as a work from home office. The kitchen area is thoughtfully designed with relatively new appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave hood fan) and extra shelving space for those who like to cook. The counters are beautiful hardwood and there are even ledges built to provide light for plants. There is also a good communal living and TV space that has more storage areas and some TV brackets. The upstairs tenant is kind and quiet with two children so we would be looking for a quiet person or couple who fits well. The back deck and yard is shared and the house is on a quiet street on a corner lot which provides ample parking. Just behind the house is a large park. The area of Glendale/Glenbrook is a coveted new-build area just across the road from Killarney with easy access to almost everything:
