I am seeking for a responsible, clean and quiet roommate starting from October 1st to rent the second bedroom. The available room comes with its own bathroom. Non-smoker please. Apartment Details:

Location: The building is secure, with 24 hour on-site security and requires fob access. Very convenient location, less than 5 mins walk to c-train station(city hall station), multiple bus stations around(within 5-10 mins walking distance), Supersotre(3-min walk), GoodLife(about 10mins on foot). Restaurants, lounges and other amenities are all within walking distance. Furnished room: The room is fully furnished with a bed, storage units, desk, chair(all in very good condition). Shared Kitchen: Kitchen supplies can be shared. Utilities: All utilities, including high-speed wireless internet, are included in the rent($1000). Additional Perks: Ensuite laundry, amenities room and gym within the building. Has a very nice balcony facing Prince’s island park. The apartment comes with two bathroom. Parking: Underground secured parking is available for an additional cost($100/month). Pet: I have a 8 year-old male cat(short hair, very friendly).
