Here is a transit map: ******** -This is a basement suite; however, have no fear because there are LARGE bedroom windows (more than double the size of most basement windows - check out the pictures). -We live upstairs. Your room door has its own lock with key and upstairs and downstairs are separate spaces with no need to go to each others space (e.g. we both have separate laundry and washroom facilities). The two rooms are beside each other in the basement and share the dedicated washroom for the basement which is located directly outside your room door. -Fully furnished with double size beds and bed-frames, dressers, kitchen table/chairs, lazy boy chair. Although it’s furnished with everything you NEED, there is still space if you’re interested in bringing furniture you may WANT. -Microwave, dishwasher, recently new washer/dryer Other things you WANT to know: -In-floor heating throughout (warm floors, no need for slippers unless you prefer them!). You have your our own thermostat to control heat. -Water Quality. Whole house water softener, Grander Conditioning and Chlorine filter. Awesome for your skin, hair and body. -Air conditioned. whole house air conditioning for the summer. -Backyard with a nature view, BBQ, bird feeders and bird bathing pond, perennial garden and veggie/herb gardens.

Requirements and Next Steps: -No parties, no smoking, no pets, no kids below school age, no exceptions.
