My husband and I own a small apartment building, newly renovated, with 9 fully furnished apartments. We rent out individual rooms in shared apartments to students and young professionals. Our apartment building is located in the Saint-Henri neighborhood of Montreal, recently voted as #13 on the list of coolest neighborhoods in the worldSaint-Henri: It’s the Brooklyn of Montreal. This richly storied borough is a neighbourhood in transformation. Home to some of the best restaurants in the city, a high concentration of epic nightlife spots and some of the trendiest boutiques and activities around, it’s also officially one of the coolest.Saint-Henri is one of the top choices for students coming to Montreal, and our small apartment building is located right in the heart, just a 5 min walk to the metro, Place St Henri; and also a 5 min walk to the Lachine Canal with its walking and cycling paths. We are a block away from rue Notre Dame which is lined with restaurants and cafes. Across the street from our building there are public tennis and basketball courts. The rental price is all inclusive covering wifi, heat, air conditioning, hot water, electricity, furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen dishes, pots, , pans, utensils, kettle, toaster, clothes iron, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies. It also covers a once monthly cleaning of the shared areas such as bathrooms, kitchen and living area. No smoking or pets allowed. This is a 5 bedroom apartment, 2 bedrooms (A and B), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area on the ground floor. In the basement are 3 bedrooms (C,D,E), 1 bathroom and laundry facilities. Room D is available immediately at $800 per month.
