I’m 18 and recently graduated from high school after living in Nicaragua for the past five years. My brother Josh and I live in the basement suite. Josh is 24, recently graduated from the University of Calgary with a finance degree, and works downtown. The basement and upstairs are two completely independent living spaces. Each has its own entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, living area, and laundry, so the upstairs roommates will have their own separate space. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry. Two bedrooms are currently available: Ensuite bedroom: $1,000/monthBedroom 1 with shared bathroom: $800/month - RENTEDBedroom 2 with shared bathroom: $800/month - RENTED The house is modern and bright, with a large fenced backyard and attached deck. A monthly cleaner is included for the upstairs kitchen, shared bathroom, and living areas, although everyone is still expected to clean up after themselves. The house is about a 10-minute walk from Dalhousie C-Train Station - just two stops from the University of Calgary and five stops from SAIT. All rooms are single occupancy.
