The bedroom has a 6-drawer dresser, computer desk with keyboard tray and chair, a five-shelf bookcase (not pictured), and a bedside night stand with drawers. Also keyed bedroom door lock.Large 4x3 foot bedroom window. The food prep area is well equipped, with a full-size fridge, two easy to clean ceramic cooktops, various small appliances, a small automatic Dishwasher and oven, and pots, pans and dishes. The living room has a sofa and Blu-ray player. The TV can be pivoted, to be seen from the table or the sofa. The 5.1 speakers do not work, but the TV speakers and wood satellite speakers sound good. The bathroom is large, with 3-way mirror, marble counter-top, storage shelves and shower. There are large 3x4 foot windows and generous lighting throughout the suite; it is bright and feels like the ground floor. Come see it and I am sure you will want to rent it. All windows are much bigger than the size required by law for fire escape. Shared storage: A deep pantry with shelves and drawers. Off-street private parking, with plugs for block heaters, for two vehicles (one for each basement bedroom). On-street parking for your guests. Location - SouthWest community of Glamorgan.- Mount Royal University (MRU) - Under 1 km. Walkable, and MRU is also one minute from the #13 route bus stop.- Downtown - 7 km . Direct bus via #66 and #13 bus routes; 14 minutes for #66.- University of Calgary (U of C) - 9 km. Direct bus via #72/#73 route; 31 minutes.- Grocery store - 1.5 km.
