Hinton house is a three minute walk from the U of A, H-Mart, all forms of transit and Whyte Avenue. The kitchen and bedrooms are furnished, but we do not supply the amenities. Only basic furniture in the private rooms, and basic appliances in the kitchen. Everything else is your responsibility to bring with you. Please ask if you have any questions! Utilities are evenly split between tenants. Varying month to month based on usage in the house. High-speed internet is provided for free. Private parking stalls are available for an additional cost. International students are welcome. This is for quiet renters only - no parties, no loud music or tv.

Hinton house is comprised of 4 levels:

• The basement level has 3 private bedrooms with a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
• The main level has 3 private bedrooms with a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
• The second level has 5 private bedrooms with a shared kitchen. Two Bedooms share a jack and jill bathroom. Two bedrooms share a bathroom.
• The third level has 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Hinton house has 2 room available
