Hello my name is David.  I would like to rent my second bedroom. Looking for a roommate who lives a similar healthy happy lifestyle. On my days off I’m always on the go doing something. There is great value here as the location  is very central.  The bedroom for rent comes with a spacious walk-in closet, private AC control, full ensuite, black out curtains and a parking stall in the parkade is available for an additional $100. The room currently has a lovely queen size bed frame, nightstands and a lamp so the space would be ideal for someone looking to just bring linens. There are linens available if requested. I can easily remove the existing furniture in the bedroom if you would like to bring your own. Everything else in the condo is set up and ready for shared use :) there is Telus TV, Netflix and Prime on the main living room tv. I have another deep-freeze to store additional meat and frozen foods. Since these photographs were taken new hardwood floors have been installed (lighter colour) and some furniture upgrades. All linens can be changed to suit your taste. The space includes a lovely private rooftop patio and air conditioning. In the loft accessing the rooftop patio, there is a mini-fridge to enjoy drinks on the patio, and a desk with a printer. This top floor is a work in progress but it’s coming together nicely. The office space on the third floor can accommodate someone working from home one-two days a week while Im in town. My 2 sweet adorable fixed female cats with me. So you Must be ok with loving and friendly cats, although you’re welcome to ban then from your room of course.
