This is a truly amazing Suite. And it has just been freshly painted a light gray color. The entire unit has just been renovated and new flooring added as well. (The “after” photos are at the end). It has huge bright windows and a large bedroom. Along with a den/extra room in the back. Which you could use as an office space or for additional storage. When you enter the double doors you walk into the dining room area which will fit a large table. The kitchen is located to the right and the bedroom is located off of that. Behind the bedroom closet there is a large storage area. This unit is legally suited. It has its own private entrance. (Chain link fence can be added surrounding your doorway so you will have your own private yard, but right now the yard is not cross fenced, so you can enjoy the whole yard as well,) The yard has a perimeter chain link fence. Gorgeous view… From the doorway, you can see the mountains :-) it is a quiet cul-de-sac :-) perfect if you just want to study, or if you prefer your privacy :-) there’s a parking stall located on the driveway. And you have your own trash bins. There is a large storage closet underneath the stairs for your use. You also have your own laundry room. A new stacking washer and dryer. A fridge and a stove, dishwasher.. the landlord pays $50 per month, non cumulative, towards the utilities. you would be responsible for 30% of the difference over the fifty dollars. There’s an added benefit, in that, the landlord keeps the utilities in their name, so then you do not need to put down deposits with utility companies or go through the hassles of arranging utilities. You would be responsible for your own telephone internet and cable. Well-behaved pets are most welcome! A one-time pet fee is charged. This is non-refundable. And it is $500 per Pet one time, evenif you renew the lease, Or choose to pay a pet fee non-refundable is $41 a month per pet. If you pay the $500 per pet fee, you only pay it once and if you renew the lease you do not pay it again. So your choice. References are required. And this is a non-smoking home.
