The unit was renovated in 2015, and the walls have just been painted a nice calming “pale oak” (the orange is no more so please use your imagination)! The unit is cool in the summer, and cozy in the winter, with a heater built in under the bar counter if you want some additional warmth. Internet can be included, but utilities are separate. If you happen to enjoy gardening, there is space for plants in the front (but yardwork is not expected).
