Roommate wanted! I have one bedroom available in a shared legal basement suite. Located within walking distance to SAIT and close to UofC and downtown with easy transit access.  My name is Kelsy and I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom basement suite. This is a legal basement suite with a separate entrance and laundry in suite with some storage room. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the suite and the kitchen is large. This suite was renovated 2 years ago and is bright and cozy. There is one bathroom with a rainfall shower head, if you are tall it might be a bit tight for you. Aside from the available bedroom the suite is furnished but there is some room for other furniture in the common areas. Wifi is set up and the cost can be shared.  A bit about me: I am 30 and work hybrid in office and from home as a therapist so I will be taking virtual clients from my room. I am quiet, respectful and like things tidy. I am looking for someone similar in age who is open to communication and collaborating on having a chill home. You must be lgbtq+ friendly and not have cat allergies as I have a sweet and silly fluffy gray cat named Chili.
