This is a pet-friendly suite (within reason … no cobras … no loudly squawking parrots … ;) …). The Mill Creek Ravine is close by and is a PARADISE for dogs (and, also humans, of course …). The Mill Creek Outdoor pool is nearby, as well as Maven & Grace and The Mill Creek Cafe. Not to mention the newly-opened BRIO bakery that sells thE best sourdough bread in the city! If you are a student, this suite would be perfect for you (close to transit, U of A, etc). If you are a single person or couple wanting a quality suite for a good price in a really fun and central neighbourhood, this suite would be perfect for you! This suite is not ideal for people with kids. Utilities - water, heat, and gas - are all included in the monthly rent of $1300 (a value of approximately $250.00 a month, so the rent is more like $1050 a month, which is a good deal in the Ritchie neighbourhood) .
