This home is fully furnished 2 bedroom suite in Bear Mountain. The home is situated on lower Bear Mountain.It’s two minutes to the highway. The home is pet free cannabis, free, smoke, free, vape free, strictly enforced.. Costco Save On foods are nearby two minutes away. No furniture can be brought in or replaced. Bring your own bedding, pillow pillows and area rug for living room and bedroom. The suite is very relaxing and has a resort like feel and backs on a green belt. It is very quiet and naturally cool in the summer months. No AC is required as a unit naturally remains cooler in summer. It is available September 1 but for the right person it can also be available over the summer as well. For the summer, I will not do a short term lease, but I can do a short term lease starting September. We can also do a long-term lease as well for the right person. Utilities are included for the right person. CableTV and Wi-Fi are included.This is a pet free, smoke/vape/cannabis free home - strictly enforced. The home is not child friendly. Children must over the age of 8 and well-mannered.We live upstairs. The suite is downstairs. We are quiet Christian couple - retired.The suite is perfect for someone who does not have furniture, and is from out of country or out of province. We are a non-smoking family and we’re very quiet we are looking for responsible, respectful, quiet, kind, clean, organized tenants. Please share something about yourselves.
