There is no stove. It is a hot plate instead In Law Suite do not have stoves.The bathroom and kitchen are both separate. The living room and bedroom are one room. In the bedroom there is a queen, size bed, couch, desk, chair, lamp, and dresser with 65 inch smart TV.this is a smoke free, vape, free cannabis free home. Only those who do not engage in these acts may apply.. must be clean, organized, quiet, responsible, respectful, and employed.Short term lace is available for less than a year from September or October to end of March or April would be considered a short-term lease. A long-term lease is also available.. laundry room is available through connected door. This is shared with the Landlord. We each will have our own door to go into the laundry room and laundry.
