Beautiful, sunshine-filled home / own room with private bathroom in townhouse just a 20-min walk from Main Street Newmarket. Fantastic VIVA bus routes and GO Train Newmarket accessible. Ideal walkability - supermarkets and restaurants, location central and near everything.

You will share living space with one other female - mature single, professional (professor). No smoking, no cannabis, no pets (maybe a cat). I work flex-hybrid (on campus, at home). Looking for quiet individual (female) (have often hosted international students) who is also professional, someone who does NOT work from home, is tidy, friendly, trustworthy, and family oriented. Your social life /networking with others should be away from our home space (no overnight quests although exceptions can be discussed).
