The Space: Smaller Bedroom: Standard size (fits a king bed + dresser easily), built-in closet, two large east-facing windows with great morning light.(Purple room can be repainted any color)

Second Larger bedroom is huge and could easily fit two people, has two closets large east facing windows and a private half bath with bidet.

Main Bathroom: Shared shower, but depending on which room you choose you might have your own private toilet/sink

Living Area: Big living room with a comfortable leather sectional, TV, PS4/PS5, and many other gaming consoles ( have a huge collection) and Chromecast.

Balcony: Large ground-floor balcony, perfect for summer hangs. Laundry: Coin-op laundry in the building
