The room for rent is the one pictured in the second photo, it is on the main floor of the unit. There is one flight of stairs to access the unit. The room includes one deep closet, I am purchasing a bed (futon has been used as a double bed until now) and there can also be a futon or big chair if desired. The room also includes one desk and bookshelf. Bring your own linens, or I can provide them & wash them for you for an extra fee per month.

Rent is 1000$/mo, bills are 200$ maximum per person per month e.g., in especially hot or cold months). I’m flexible on this and open to negotiating. :)

Utilities include: Hydro, Internet, renter’s insurance. Water is covered by the landlords.

I’m a psychology phd student finishing up her degree. I have 1 very friendly, gentle, Siberian forest cat and 1 Flemish giant rabbit. I’m an artist who loves peaceful spaces and works from home.
