Female roommate wanted in a 3 bedroom/1bath apartment in the glebe!

I currently live with 2 wonderful ladies, and unfortunately the time has come for me to move. We are looking for a girl in their mid to late twenties, preferably a working professional or post-grad student, who will fit in well with the households dynamic, has relatively similar interests (weekend morning gossip sessions, occasional movie nights, creative hobbies, etc), cleans up after themselves, and shares an appreciation for maintaining a comfortable/warm environment of our household. Looking for no pets, as one roommate is considering adopting a cat soon, so must be open to that 🙂

A bit about the apartment: We live on the third floor of a classic brick home in the glebe. The rent is currently 820 a month, not including internet and hydro which is split equally in 3. There is possibly a rent increase coming (which would be about another 20$). There is no onsite parking currently available. There is a back yard and a shed that is shared with the 3 units in the house. We try our best to maximize our storage spaces, but other than our closets, and the shed, there is no additional storage on site so we try our best to keep our spaces organized and decluttered. There is paid laundry in the basement (4$ for wash, 4$ for dry).

The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. (I need to sell my bedframe and mattress so that is something I am open to discussing) Disclaimer: the photos are a mix of old and new, so the apartment looks a tiny bit different now, but is generally the same vibe!

This is a super fun part of town to live in. We are located right by Lansdowne so there is access to a lot of restaurants, gyms, bike paths, parks, public transit, markets and events, etc. It’s an awesome area to live in and I am very sad to be leaving!

Move in date has some flexibility but looking for around August/september🙂 if you think you’re a good fit, please send me a DM with a bit of information about yourself!

You will be living with 2 other awesome girls. Both in their mid twenties, working professionals, a lot of fun, clean, respectful, and very outgoing. We love to talk together when we’re all home, sometimes watch a movie together, gossip a bit, but also respect and appreciate alone time as well. Everyone keeps busy and have relatively active social lives, so there is a nice balance of being alone in the apartment and everyone being home as well.
