-open concept main level with sunken living room that opens into the back yard, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area.

-lower level has a washer & dryer.

-back yard is fully enclosed with a tiki bar, patio table, outdoor living room set.

About the room:

-The room available on the second level and is 15 ft x 15 ft = 225 sq/ft. The room has a king bed set with a Kingsdown mattress, dresser, TV, and large L-shape desk. The room has 2 large, full-sized closets. $1,650 all incl.

-Also, on the second level you will have a large bathroom that is 8 ft x 10 ft = 80 sq/ft shared with one other female.

Would require 1st and last month’s rent, plus a key and roommate agreement.

I am ½ British & ½ French Canadian. in my mid 40’s. I have one house housemate who is 28 from Australia and the othert housemate is 22 from Ukraine. We all love to travel internationally, are career focused and like to hang and catch up when we can. We are passionate about healthy eating, a clean space, and having fun with genuine, down to earth people. I only provide accommodations to a mature, professional. career oriented, responsible, and self-sufficient females who hopefully have the same interests. The house is vegetarian + vegan/pescatarian and would prefer to keep the house veg if possible. We like to have fun with a couple of drinks when the time is right and enjoy good company and entertaining occasionally. Being clean and respectful is a must. Looking for someone with the same lifestyle who keeps busy but is happy to chill too.

I have two 3 y/o cats and a 2.5 y/o Australian shepherd so loving animals is a must. The house is obviously pet friendly but unfortunately cannot have any further animals join the household.
