Shared spaces include a kitchen (with two refrigerators available—one can be dedicated for your use if preferred) and a living room. The rental also includes a powered parking stall.
It is just me in the residence. I either work or attend online college, so I am usually busy or away most of the time. I do not smoke or host parties, but I do have friends over on occasion. In my rare free time, I enjoy watching TV shows and movies, as well as taking road trips or getting out of town.
