About the room

Very quiet neighbourhood, house is on a court so not too busy. 8 minutes from the Go train, walking distance to shopping. Close to the city, but still in the suburbs. It’s a great place to live. There is a large laundry machine and dryer on the main floor, kitchen is generous, and lots of spaces in the house (two living rooms, a dining room).

We’re a couple living in the house. We are both quiet, easygoing working professionals (accountants). We have extra rooms available for rent. Looking for quiet, clean, respectful roommies without pets.
