About the room
New luxury 2 bed 2 bath suite available August or September, TOP FLOOR, forest/park view for privacy and tranquility, AC, ensuite laundry, dishwasher, flexible lease, spacious walk-in-closet, and fully furnished with quality finishings (your room would need a bed, but we can neogitate that if you need it - I can supply it). Everything is included, furniture, utilites, wifi, etc. You would have your own private bedroom, bathroom, and a very quiet, organized, and respectful housemate. Location is near the general hospital in view royal with great bus access to universities/colleges, downtown Victoria, etc. Eagle Creek gym down the road and street parking unless you want to request secure underground parking with property manager for ($120/mo).
Please note the pictures of the property are unfurnished because I do not move in until JULY 30. The last picture in the albulm shows the type of furniture I have. You’re welcome to bring you’re own furniture or kitchenware, but I have pretty much everything already for the common spaces.
About the roomies
31 year old male full time professional. I went to Univeristy for electrical engineering, but right now I’m very focused on my career (restaurant industry) and very easy to get along with. My interests include working out, sports, skiing, health, economics, video games, and travelling! I do not smoke or do any drugs other than the occasional alcoholic beverage. I have no pets. I rarely have friends or guests over and I have my own car. I typically come home around or after midnight from work, but I am very quiet and don’t use the kitchen that often. I wake up in the late morning where I then start my workout routine before getting ready for work. All round I typically keep to myself.
If you think we’d be a good fit for roommates, please let me know. I’m flexible with move in dates and leases for the right person.
