Roommate for furnished, all inclusive 2 bed 2 bath suite, TOP FLOOR, with: -free high speed wifi ($100 value) -free hydro/electricity ($100 value) -brand new building with forest views -AC included -ensuite laundry -dishwasher -spacious walk-in-closet and pantry -2 TV’s (one in your bedroom) -galloping goose trail beside building -forest/park view for privacy and tranquility -street parking -everything is furnished with quality furniture (ex: reclining sofa) and all the kitchenwares; your room would need a bed, but we can neogitate that if you need me to set that up (you’d have a new mattress all to yourself). -Flexible with lease duration

Location is near the general hospital in view royal with great bus access to universities/colleges, downtown Victoria, etc. Eagle Creek gym down the road and galloping goose trail adjacent to building - perfect for cycling or jogging!

You would have your own private bedroom, bathroom, and a very quiet, organized, and respectful housemate.

You’re also welcome to bring your own furniture or kitchenware, but I have pretty much everything already for the common spaces and it really is top quality already: reclining 3 seat couch, kitchen table, multiple coffee tables, chairs, desk, 2 tv’s with tv stand, and all kitchenware!

About me: Went to Univeristy for electrical engineering, but shifted careers I’m very focused on my current job (restaurant industry). My interests include working out, sports, skiing, health, economics, video games, and travelling! I do not smoke or do any drugs other than the occasional alcoholic beverage. I have no pets. I rarely have friends or guests over and I have my own car and Costco pass! I like to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. All round I typically keep to myself and am very easy to get along with.
