I’m looking for a female housemate to share a bright two-bedroom apartment at 1254 Princess Street in Kingston.

📅 Available August 15 or September 1 (flexible)

💰 $1,080/month, including all utilities and unlimited internet

✨ About the Apartment

• Bright, two-story apartment with lots of natural light

• Large balcony with plenty of space to relax outdoors

• Outdoor pool in the building

• Grocery store located next door

• On the Princess Street bus route

• Parking available through the building for an additional fee

• One bedroom available, furnished or unfurnished

The bedroom can be furnished with a bed, table, chair, and nightstand, or left unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

Please note that the photos attached are stock photos from the apartment building’s website. The apartment will look different once furnished and lived in. (I have a more colourful and eclectic taste in setting up a home.)

I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful, communicative, and interested in helping create a comfortable and friendly home.

Because I am very sensitive to smoke, this would need to be a completely smoke-free arrangement. If you smoke cigarettes, cannabis, vape, or use other smoking products, even outside the home, we likely wouldn’t be a good fit.

I’m looking for someone to make a commitment the apartment until June or July of next year.

I am a professional working in arts sector. I am moving to Kingston this summer and looking forward to creating a cozy and welcoming home. I have already signed a lease and secured a beautiful two bedroom apartment at 1254 Princess St.

I enjoy arts and crafts projects, spending time outdoors, and creating beautiful spaces. My hope is to fill the balcony with plants and create a little urban oasis, complete with a hammock for relaxing on warm summer evenings.

I’m generally quiet and enjoy a peaceful home environment, though I occasionally host a dinner party or games night. I’d be happy to share those kinds of gatherings with a housemate who enjoys them too
