This is a private bedroom in a shared basement suite. Located near Langara & 49th in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood known for its breathtaking cherry blossoms in spring. Positioned on the Heather bikeway. Very short walk to Langara-49th station, Langara College, 49 and 17 buses. Easy transit to get to downtown, Richmond, UBC, groceries. 10 minutes to Tim Hortons, A&W, Sushi, Pho, Bubble Tea We also have a large backyard with apple, cherry and plum trees, and a vegetable garden which you can feel free to contribute to.
