Two-bedroom apartment within 5 minutes of campus. Clean, quiet. Heating and water included in bill. Internet paid for, electricity will be shared (~$50 CAD per month for the whole apartment). Furnished in common area (living room, kitchen). Bedroom not furnished. The kitchen is small. Move-in date is somewhat flexible, probably in mid-to-late August would be best.

Previous roommate is moving out to live with partner. I am looking for a drama-free roommate while I am busy with school (best if you’re a student). I probably will not have time to do activities or anything. I will be living here until at least December 2027. I prefer non-smokers (neither cannabis nor tobacco).
